The Italian manufacturers at Baratza designed the Virtuoso to grind slowly, yet more powerfully than most grinders on the market. Because of its 40mm commercial-quality conical burrs, the Virtuoso grinds beans without burning them - thus preserving their intense flavor. In addition, an extremely stable grinding platform with a three-point support system was developed to provide the Virtuoso a more accurate and precise grind. |

Powerful Motor |
|
The Virtuoso has an extremely powerful 480-watt DC motor that produces four times the standard output seen in other grinders with AC components. And because the Virtuoso motor spins at one-third the speed of other machines, it is much quieter when it grinds. It also comes equipped with a safety device that protects the Virtuoso from overheating and automatically resets itself once the motor cools off. |

Anti-Static Design |

Because the Virtuoso has an anti-static design, there is virtually no coffee dust in or around the machine. The coffee powder is tightly controlled in the grinding chamber for a practically trouble-free operation. |
