The Bunn BTX-B ThermoFresh Coffee Brewer is prepared to do its job at any time since it has an internal thermostat that always keeps the water heated to the ideal brewing temperature. To set the machine up initially, it will take 15 minutes to warm up the water that you pour into the water reservoir, but from then on the process is simple. Whenever you’re ready for coffee, just pour cold water into the reservoir, lower the lid and the brewing will begin.

Having hot water on hand at all times also means that you can brew a pot in just 3 minutes, so the Bunn BTX-B is ideal for anyone whose mornings are fast-paced. The stainless steel vacuum insulated carafe, which holds up to 10 cups, also keeps hot coffee on hand for other times throughout the day when you need an energy boost. With its stainless steel water tank and uniquely-designed sprayhead, the BTX-B will make coffee that will satisfy any coffee lover.

Pourover Water Heating System and Vacation Switch - After the initial set-up, there is no waiting for the BTX-B to warm up before it starts brewing. This pourover Bunn coffee maker continually has a supply of hot water stored in its reservoir. When it is time for brewing, you just need to add 4 cups (20 oz) to 10 cups (50 oz) cold water to the reservoir and lower the reservoir lid to get the brewing process started. This coffee maker is also designed to remain turned on unless you are going to be away from the machine for more than 3 days. In that case turn off the vacation switch located on the side of the BTX-B, and when you return, just fill the tank with water again and it will reheat to the proper brewing temperature.

Patented Sprayhead Design - With the Bunn BTX-B’s unique sprayhead design, water is evenly distributed throughout the coffee, which extracts the most flavor from the grounds. To keep the sprayhead functioning properly, be sure to clean it at least once a week with mild dish soap and water.

Thermal Carafe - Since the BTX-B is equipped with a thermal carafe, it will never again be a chore to keep hot, fresh coffee on hand. The stainless steel vacuum insulated carafe, which is dishwasher safe, has a convenient close-and-brew lid that keeps up to 10 cups (50 oz) of freshly brewed coffee at just the right temperature for about 2 hours. Also, if you rinse the inside of the carafe with hot water prior to brewing coffee, this will heat the carafe and keep the coffee even warmer for an extended period of time.

Stainless Steel Boiler - With its stainless steel construction, the boiler of the BTX-B is designed to keep water at the proper temperature for brewing. When you first set up the coffee maker, it will take up to 15 minutes to heat the water, but from then on the boiler’s internal thermostat will ensure that the BTX-B is always ready for brewing.

Water Reservoir - The water reservoir on the BTX-B is located in the back of the machine, so it is easy to refill. From the reservoir, the water goes to the boiler where it is heated to 200ºF, the ideal temperature for coffee brewing.

Descaling Rod - Included with your Bunn BTX-B is a metal descaling rod that will help loosen limescale buildup when inserted into the sprayhead tube. The user’s manual that comes with the machine includes easy-to-follow directions on using this tool.

Specialized Coffee Filter - 20 Fluted paper coffee filters, made exclusively from Bunn for use on their machines, are included with the BTX-B. Replacement filters are available on our website.

Accessories - The Bunn NHBX Coffee Brewer comes with a pack of Bunn paper filters, an easy-to-follow user’s manual, and a deliming spring.
