This model is the same as the Chrome Infinity grinder except this version features a plastic housing and costs less. The new Capresso Infinity coffee grinder comes from a long line of successful grind components. They use the same burrs as found in Capresso's high-end, fully automatic espresso machines. The advanced conical burr design and gear reduction motor creates less friction and heat, preserving maximum flavor and aroma in any grind setting. The Capresso Infinity uses the slow grinding conical burrs with 16 grind settings that are clearly marked into four categories giving you a large grinding range. You can grind for any type of coffee maker and most espresso machines if they have a pressurized portafilter or crema disk. Maintenance is easy because in under a minute you can have the Infinity completely cleaned and ready to grind again. Just remove the empty bean container, lift the upper burr, and simply clean inside the grinding chamber with the enclosed brush.

Heavy Duty Grinding Burrs |

The Infinity features a conical burr grinding mechanism that allows for slower rotation but a larger cutting surface for a very even and consistent grind. The burrs are made of heavy-duty tempered steel to provide a long service life and to resist damage from stray small pebbles that sometimes end up in your bag of coffee beans. |

Automatic Grind Duration Timer |

Set the timer to grind from 5 to 60 seconds. The grinder will grind the desired amount of coffee and then automatically shut off. |

Large Coffee Bean Hopper |
|
The hopper holds up to a 8.8 oz of whole coffee beans. It's made of clear plastic so you can easily view the level of coffee beans. The hopper easily removes to expose the grinding chamber for cleaning or for adjustments. |

By turning the bean hopper, you can select the proper grind for most espresso machines (the espresso machine must use either a pressurized filter basket or pressurized portafilter – call for more info.), French Presses and drip coffee makers. |
