With the Capresso PerfecTea, you can choose from five temperature settings (100°, 160°, 175°, 195° or Boil) to achieve the ideal water for your preferred tea. Steeping your tea at the appropriate temperature will ensure that the flavors and aromas are properly extracted for great tasting beverages.

The PerfecTea has a concealed heating element and is more efficient than traditional stovetop kettles, allowing you to boil water faster—using less energy. It also comes equipped with an auto-off feature to prevent a dry boil. The Capresso PerfecTea Variable Temperature Kettle has a 6-cup (48oz) capacity.

Efficient Operation - The PerfecTea’s 1500-watt heating element is concealed inside a stainless steel shell to prevent it from coming into direct contact with water. You can choose from five temperature settings, 100°F, 160°F, 175°F, 195°F and Boil by simply adjusting a knob at the base of the kettle. Capresso has included a temperature guide booklet to help you determine the appropriate setting for black, white, green and oolong tea.

Housing - The Capresso PerfecTea has a carafe made of durable, scratch-resistant glass. It also features a non-slip handle that accommodates both left and right-handed users. Visible water level indicators and an easy-pour spout make the PerfecTea ideal for the home.
