Rather than having coffee flow into an external carafe, it is kept hot and fresh in an internal coffee reservoir. This reservoir is double-walled for maximum heat retention, and can hold up to 12 cups of your favorite brewed coffee. Dispensing is as simple as pressing down the black lever on the front of the machine, and you can easily monitor your coffee levels using the coffee gauge.

Not only has the Coffee on Demand Coffee Maker been specially designed for ideal temperature, it’s been designed for ideal flavor as well. The Coffee on Demand comes with a permanent Gold Tone filter, 1-4 cup coffee button, and a water filter to remove impurities and unpleasant tastes from your tap water. Internal Coffee Reservoir - When coffee drips into an external carafe, it can lose quite a bit of heat. The Coffee on Demand eliminates the need for a carafe with its 12 cup, double-walled internal coffee reservoir to keep your coffee piping hot. Water Filter - To brew great coffee, you need to start with great water. This Cuisinart coffee maker comes with a charcoal water filter that goes right in your water reservoir. It helps remove unpleasant tastes, odors, and other impurities from your tap water, so your coffee can taste its best. It should be replaced every 2-3 months, depending on use.
