The Cuisinart DGB-900 Grind & Brew Auto saves you counter and cabinet space by introducing a bean hopper and grinder to their dependable, straightforward, and durable coffee maker. Ground coffee beans begin to lose their flavor after only a few days, so grinding your beans right before brewing gives you fresh, full-bodied coffee. Cuisinart’s showerhead design distributes water evenly over the coffee grounds, soaking and brewing them to perfection. With a simple, straightforward design, including stainless steel housing, and multiple brewing options, the Cuisinart DGB-900 is a valuable addition to your kitchen.
Warranty - Limited 3 year warranty
Charcoal Water Filter - An included charcoal water filter removes impurities from your water, so the taste of your coffee is never overshadowed and your brewing components function at their best. The filter should be changed after 60 pots of coffee.
Construction - The stainless steel housing is durable and easy to clean. The clear plastic bean hopper, located on the top of the machine, is easy to monitor and clean with a damp cloth. The stainless steel thermal carafe completes this compact, feature filled design.

Controls - The DGB-900 is a fully programmable coffee maker, with the capability to automatically begin brewing up to 24 hours in advance. Its other useful options give you full control over each cup. Turn the “Grind Control” knob to the number of cups of coffee you want, and press the “Strength Control” button for a mild, medium, or strong brew. You can also program an auto-shut down time for up to 4 hours since your last brew.
Brew Pause - The Brew Pause feature lets you stop brewing for up to 30 seconds, just enough time to pour out a cup and replace the carafe. While this is a great option on those rushed mornings, allowing brewing to complete results in a better tasting cup of coffee.
Thermal Carafe - Exposing coffee to a direct heat source, such as a hot plate, can degrade the brew’s flavors and aromas after a period of time. A better option to keep your coffee warm is a thermal carafe, which preserves the coffee’s temperature using stainless steel lining. The durable stainless steel also makes the carafe easy to clean using only a damp cloth.
Grinder - The DGB-900’s conical burr grinder grinds beans consistently, ensuring you get to enjoy the freshest cup of coffee in the morning. A tightly sealed bean hopper stores up to a half pound of beans for your convenience – enough to make more than 2 12-cup pots of coffee! If you wish to use a pre-ground blend, such as decaf, simply turn the grinder off before brewing.
Water Reservoir - To fill the water reservoir, flip open the water reservoir cover located behind the bean hopper on the top of the machine. Use the water level window to make sure you have the correct volume.
