Stainless Steel Boiler |

The DCM900 internal stainless steel boiler is surrounded by a durable, easy-clean aluminum body and provides a faster brewing process. The boiler is heated separately from the dedicated warming plate, which stabilizes the brewing temperature of your coffee. |

Decalcification Warning Light |
|
A decalcification warning light on the front of the DCM900’s aluminum heating unit lets you know when the machine has gone through 90 brewing cycles and needs to be cleaned. Press the reset button on the back of the heating unit to reset the warning light after cleaning. |

Pause ‘n’ Serve |

You can interrupt the brewing cycle for that first cup of the day before the carafe is full. Removing the carafe lowers a ball in the filter holder, which stops the coffee from flowing into the carafe. Make sure you return the carafe within 30 seconds, or the filter holder could overflow. |

Easy-Access Water Reservoir |

The water reservoir lid on this DeLonghi opens flat against the top of the filter holder, so it’s easy to get water into the reservoir opening. However, you do need to be careful when you’re pouring – there may be some splash against the heater tube that comes up through the reservoir and siphons water into the filter holder. |
