The DeLonghi Nespresso Lattissima EN660.R is designed exclusively for use with Nespresso single serving espresso capsules, and it takes the convenience of capsule brewing a step further with an automatic milk system. Brewing and frothing with the EN660 is completely automatic, and the Nespresso capsule system eliminates the need for grinding, tamping and measuring coffee grounds. Each individual capsule is prepacked and sealed to deliver great tasting espresso without the guesswork. The fast-heating thermoblock boiler can brew espresso and quickly froth and steam milk for lattes and cappuccinos. The DeLonghi Nespresso Lattissima EN660.R has a modern look to complement the streamlined brew system, with durable stainless steel housing and a die-cast zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper alloy front panel.

Convenient Nespresso Capsules - The Nespresso Capsule System makes brewing espresso easy, with an assortment of pre-ground single serving coffee capsules. The DeLonghi Nespresso Lattissima is designed specifically to brew with these capsules, so there’s no loose coffee grounds or measuring scoop to worry about. With 12 different varieties to choose from, there’s a favorite blend for virtually any espresso lover.

Mess-Free Brewing - The DeLonghi Nespresso EN660.R features a flip top coffee dispenser to load and dispose of Nespresso capsules in a single motion. Just open the top and insert a capsule to begin. The machine has 4 programmable brew buttons to give you several options when brewing. The left buttons are for cappuccinos and lattes, and the right buttons are for espresso. To program a button, press and hold it to begin brewing, and release the button when you’ve reached your desired volume. You can always revert to the factory presets by holding down the standby button for 5 seconds.

Automatic Milk Frother - The integrated milk system on the 660.R gives you the ability to top off any of the Nespresso blends for a delicious café-style drink. The milk frother uses DeLonghi’s signature design found on their top super automatics, with an external 25oz milk pitcher and spout to steam, froth and dispense milk directly into your cup. The pitcher can also be removed and placed in the fridge to store your milk, and all of its components are dishwasher safe. The automatic milk frother also has a built-in rinsing feature, which clears away milk residue from the frothing components by pressing the “Clean” button on the front of the pitcher.

Hot Water Nozzle - If you need hot water for tea, soup, hot chocolate or americanos, you can remove the milk container and replace it with the included hot water nozzle. To remove the container, hold it by the handle and pull it straight out. The hot water nozzle slides in place just as easily, with no tools or buttons to make the switch. To dispense hot water, just press the button for up to 13 oz of hot water.

Contemporary Look - The DeLonghi Nespresso Lattissima 660.R is housed in stainless steel, featuring a ZEMAC (die-cast zinc, aluminum, magnesium and copper) front panel. Removable Drip Tray and Dump Box - The drip tray and dump box on the DeLonghi Nespresso EN660.R slide out for easy access. The drip tray has a level indicator to let you know when it needs to be emptied. The drip tray and dump box are made of sturdy plastic, and can be washed in the sink.

Removable Reservoir - The EN660.R is not only easy to brew with, it’s also easy to maintain. It has a removable 40oz water tank located behind the drip tray. Just slide the drip tray out to refill it in place, or remove it and take it to the sink. The water reservoir is made of clear plastic, so you can easily monitor water levels.

Minimal Cleaning - Since the DeLonghi Nespresso Lattissima doesn’t use ground coffee to brew, keeping it clean is incredibly easy. In addition to using the built-in rinse cycle on the milk system after every use, the milk container, lid and nozzle should be washed regularly in the sink or in the dishwasher. In addition, the machine should be descaled occasionally to remove limescale and mineral deposits that can build up in the boiler. Like most machines, this should be done every 3 to 4 months depending on the hardness of your water. The entire process of descaling should take approximately 20 minutes, and the included instruction manual guides you through each step.
