Francis Francis! Trio technology makes it easy to pull just the right size espresso shot. On the brew group, you’ll see 3 cup icons: a large icon for an espresso lungo, a medium icon for a regular espresso, and a small icon for a ristretto. To brew the shot size of your choice, just place your pod in the portafilter and then lock it into the brew group, lining up the handle of the portafilter with the corresponding icon. Then, you can press the brewing button to start the flow of water. |

Simple Controls |
|
Three push buttons and a knob on the side of the X3 Trio control all of the machine’s functions. The top button controls power, and when the machine is on, an indicator light by this button will illuminate. The middle button controls brewing and when pressed, it will start the flow of water. When you press the bottom button, the boiler will heat to steaming temperature and once this temperature is reached, the other indicator light will illuminate. You can then turn the silver steam knob to start the flow of steam. |
