The Gaggia Burr Grinder - Model MDF is Gaggia's most rugged coffee grinder under $300. The Gaggia MDF is of commercial grade quality equaling those found in many coffee bars in Europe. Made especially for the Gaggia espresso/cappuccino machines, it dispenses coffee directly into the filter holder just like the grinders you see at your local espresso bar.

Please note that the coffee dosing receptacle is a specific diameter. This particular feature fits well with the following machines: Gaggia, Pasquini, Rancilio, Nuova Simonelli, la Pavoni Piston Operated models, FrancisFrancis X1, X2, X3 models, and most commercial espresso machines. The featured receptacle will not fit la Pavoni home pump style models, Saeco, Capresso and Briel machines.

Heavy Duty Construction - The Gaggia MDF coffee grinder will provide many years of heavy use for both home and office. It features a powerful motor that grinds coffee down to very fine levels with ease.

Rugged Burr Grinding Wheels - The grinder uses heavy-duty burr grinding wheels to crush the coffee bean into uniform coffee grounds. This is better than a standard blade grinder which usually does not produce uniform grind sizes.

Multiple Grind Settings - The Gaggia MDF offers 34 degrees of fineness. Simply turn the bean hopper to make adjustments from fine to coarse.

10 oz Bean Hopper Capacity - It features the largest bean hopper in its class allowing you to store over a ½ pound of coffee beans. The hopper is made of heavy tinted clear plastic with a black or white lid.

Coffee Dosing Lever - Just like the coffee grinders seen in the espresso bars, the MDF has a dosing lever that allows you to pull a lever to dose out the coffee directly into your filter basket.
