Tinted Bean Hopper - If you are worried about having space to store your beans, the tinted bean hopper provides a safe environment for whole beans by protecting them from the damaging effects of light, moisture, and air. The bean hopper holds ¼ lb of beans, which is enough for about 15 shots of espresso.

Ground Coffee Storage Container - After beans are ground, they are deposited into the ground coffee storage container, so it’s easy to measure out the amount of coffee you need. You can also remove this bin and grind directly into your portafilter if you prefer.

Burr Grinding Mechanism - There are two types of grinders: burr grinders and blade grinders. Blade grinders use quick-moving sharp blades to chop the coffee. However, the coffee often ends up being ground unevenly, and heat (which damages the beans) is produced.
