The M4 Manual Doser coffee grinder is for the coffee drinker who likes to take charge.The tinted hopper lets you store over a pound of your favorite whole beans to protect them from the damaging effects of light, moisture, and air. Grinding entails turning on the M4 Doser using the on/off switch on the right side of the machine and placing your portafilter in the holder below to catch the grounds. The beans travel from the hopper to the grinder, where the M4 Manual Doser’s 58 mm flat burrs rotate at 1400 rpm until just the right amount is deposited into the doser. Made in Italy, the M4 weighs 20 lbs, stands 17” high and produces 250 watts of power. Also available in black, red or chrome.

Construction |

The shiny metal exterior of the M4 fits most decors. The hopper stores over a pound of coffee beans, and the ground coffee doser holds a little over 7 oz of grounds. Standing 17”H x 7.5”W x 12.25”D, the M4 has a powerful motor and large chopping and grinding blades. A portafilter holder allows you to dispense grounds from the doser directly into your portafilter. |

Grinding |

Easy on/off switch keeps you in control of the grinding process. Use the lever located above the portafilter holder to measure out your grounds. When the machine is grinding, you can use both hands to turn the grinding ring smoothly to a coarser or finer setting. |

Cleaning |
|
After unplugging the M4 before cleaning, the body of the machine can be wiped down with a damp cloth. All removable parts can be hand washed in soapy water. Don't let crusts form inside the coffee dispenser. |
