Grinding |

Add coffee beans to the hopper and turn the switch to “on." The MC4 will begin grinding. When you are finished grinding, simply press the "off" button. You can always adjust the amount you want to grind, whether it’s for a single or double shot, ristretto or café crema. |

Adjustable Grind Settings |

You can adjust your settings from 1 to 9 – 1 for very fine, 9 for very coarse. You can also adjust your grind between those numbered settings, using micro-adjustments. First, adjust the numbered settings. Turn the machine off, and press the fixing pin located on the right side of your machine. Turn the grinder clockwise for a coarser grind, or counter-clockwise for a finer one. To adjust the micro settings, turn the machine on and turn the small right hand knob counter-clockwise for a coarser grind or clockwise for a finer one. |

Cleaning |

Always remember to unplug your Macap MC4 before cleaning. You can clean the body of the machine with a damp cloth to keep it looking its best. Detach all removable parts and hand wash them in warm soapy water. |
