This Italian-made grinder with doser has the look and feel of a commercial grinder with its oversized grinding flat burrs (58 mm) and considerable wattage (250 watts). The timer ensures a consistent grinding time each and every time you use it. The tinted bean hopper holds over a pound of coffee beans, keeping them fresh from the effects of exposure to light, moisture, and air, and its ground coffee measuring doser holds over 7 oz of ground beans. With the built-in tamper, you can store, grind, measure, and tamp all at one station. And you can always adjust both the grind setting and the amount of ground coffee dispensed from the doser.

Construction |
A flat burr grinder, the motor spins at either 1400 r.p.m. or 1600 r.p.m., making quick work of your beans. The M4T Timer weighs 20 lbs and stands 17”H x 7.5”W x 12.25”D. Its silver metal housing means that it can be displayed prominently next to different semi-automatic espresso machines or other coffee makers. A timer dial is located on the right side of the machine. |

Grinding |
Since this model of the M4T has a built-in timer, grinding stops automatically after a certain amount of time. To grind, simple turn the dial on the right side from “off” to the position corresponding to how long you wish to grind for. This starts the motor, automatically stopping when the timer runs out. If you want to stop the grinding yourself, you always have the option by turning the dial to the “off” position. Ground coffee travels from the grinder to the doser, which holds up to 7 oz of grounds. Make sure that this doser is never filled more than 2/3rds of the way. |

Adjustable Grind Settings |
While the machine is grinding, you can use both hands to turn the grinding ring to a coarser or finer setting. No lever is needed to change the completely stepless grind settings. Keep in mind that the size of the grind isn’t the only thing that affects how your beans brew – the taste can be altered by the freshness of the bean, which can be altered by humidity. |

Cleaning |
Simply unplug the machine, and wipe down the housing with a damp cloth. Take out the removable parts and wash them with warm, soapy water, and make sure that encrustations don’t form inside the coffee dispenser. The M4T has a 1-year warranty from its date of purchase. |
