The Pasquini Lux Espresso Grinder is designed to match the traditional Italian style and compact size of the Pasquini Livietta T2 Espresso Machine. It has a built-in portafilter holder, chrome finish and a grounds tray that matches the one on the Livietta, making it a perfect companion in every way. The Lux has powerful, commercial quality conical burrs and stepless grind settings to grind anything from French press to very fine espresso.

Commercial Quality - The Pasquini Lux is housed in heavy aluminum, giving it a professional look and feel. While it stands just 13.4” tall, it is powerful enough to grind a continuous dose of very fine espresso for up to a minute and a half. This means that it can grind plenty of coffee for guests while taking up a small amount of counter space.

Stepless Grind Settings - Not only is the Lux designed with a professional look, it also has commercial design elements to make it easy to fine-tune the grind fineness. The black knob on the top right side of the housing allows you to make precise adjustments. Since the adjustments are stepless, you can turn the knob several turns to make big changes to the grind fineness, or turn the knob slightly for very small changes.

Versatile Controls - The Pasquini Lux Grinder has 2 different grind switches – a micro-switch on the front to grind directly into a portafilter, and a continuous grind switch on the bottom right side next to the power switch. To grind with the micro-switch, just place your portafilter in the holder and push it against the micro-switch. For higher volume grinding, you can use the continuous grind switch for up to 1 minute and 30 seconds.

Heavy Duty Grinding Burrs and Motor - This Pasquini Grinder features high-grade conical burrs to grind and crush coffee beans efficiently. Powered by a 150-watt motor, the conical burrs can grind anything from French press and drip coffee to very fine espresso.

Spill Grate and Tinted Hopper - The built-in spill grate on the Pasquini Lux is a unique feature on home grinders. The grate will catch loose coffee grounds and keep your counter clean. It is made of sturdy ABS plastic and it can be removed for cleaning. The tinted bean hopper is designed to protect your coffee from light exposure, and it has a sealed top to preserve freshness even further.
