LCD Display and Touch Pad Controls |

The Incanto Sirius SBS has several touch-screen keys located on the LCD digital display. In addition to the touch-screen keys, the Sirius has icons on the digital display panel that depict the functions in operation. Three programmable keys located on top of the display panel control the liquid volume dispensed, while three more keys below the panel operate the hot water and steam, the strength of your brew, and the main menu. The digital display panel also notifies you when beans or water are needed or when the grounds need to be emptied. |

Saeco Brewing System |
|
The masterminds at Saeco implemented their patented Saeco Brewing System or SBS on several of their machines, including the Sirius. By turning a knob on the front of the machine, you are able to adjust the flow rate during the brewing process. Turn the knob to the right for an intense Italian ristretto or to the left for a café crèma. |

Rapid Steam |
|
Two stainless steel lined thermo block boilers are used to maximize heat retention in the Saeco Incanto Sirius. In addition, the stainless steel boilers help regulate the Rapid Steam System, which allows you alternate between brewing and steaming with little or no down time. |

Bypass Doser |
|
The Incanto Sirius has a separate bypass doser for pre-ground coffee. It is easy to add 6 to 9 grams of ground espresso through the top-loading lid and brew decaffeinated coffee for friends. |

Programmable Volume |
|
With the Incanto Sirius SBS you can control the volume with three programmable touch-screen keys located on the LCD digital display. Just press and hold the button you’d like to program until the amount of coffee you want has been dispensed, and then let go. Now every time you press that button, it will dispense the amount you programmed it to and then automatically stop the brewing process. |

Adjustable Coffee Dosing |
|
This feature regulates the amount of ground coffee used during each brewing cycle. Using the bottom center button on the display panel, you can choose between 3 different strength settings to get exactly the brew you desire. |

Pre-Infusion |
|
The Saeco Incanto Sirius automatically moistens and conditions the coffee grounds before brewing – to ensure maximum flavor extraction. This pre-infusion process maximizes the amount of aroma and flavor in each shot. |

Ceramic Burr Grinder |
|
The designers at Saeco have integrated a new, long-lasting ceramic grinder into the design on Sirius SBS. The grinder can be adjusted to 7 different grind settings so you can customize your coffee to your personal taste. |

Adjustable Coffee Spout |

The Sirius SBS has an adjustable coffee spout that can adjust up or down depending on the height of your cup. |

Pannarello Frothing Wand |

Water Reservoir |

When powered on, the Sirius SBS instantly dispenses hot water for tea, hot chocolate or café Americanos through the steam wand. |

Aqua Prima Water Filter |
|
Saeco has incorporated an Aqua Prima Water Filtration System into the Incanto Sirius SBS. The Aqua Prima System reduces micro-particles and impurities from the water, enabling you to brew more robust coffee. This filter provides better tasting coffee while reducing the formation of limescale and extending the life of your espresso machine. |

Removable Brew Group |
|
The brew group on the Incanto Sirius SBS is easy to remove and clean. You can clean the brew group by rinsing it with warm water and allowing it to air dry. |

Removable Drip Tray and Internal Dump Box |
|
With a combined drip tray and internal dump box for used coffee grounds, cleaning the Saeco Sirius SBS is very simple. The dump box holds approximately 15 used coffee pucks and a message will appear on your digital display notifying you when emptying is necessary. |

Oversized Bean Container |

The top-loading bean container is easy to load and stores 10oz of coffee beans. Inside the bean container, an uncomplicated grind dial adjusts to grind from fine to coarse depending on your preference. |
