Recommended for use with semi automatic Briel, DeLonghi, and Capresso coffee machines, this package gets you started making decadent cappuccinos and lattes and also provides you with the things you’ll need to keep your machine squeaky clean. We’ve included a 2 oz shot glass to help you stick to the Espresso Rule of Thumb, a milk frothing thermometer and 20 oz stainless steel pitcher that will have you making microfroth in no time, and either the Coffee & Tea Cookbook or I Love Coffee! (depending upon availability) to give you ideas on how to incorporate your espresso and milk into drinkable works of art. Rounding out this comprehensive package are a group head brush and a bottle of Durgol descaling solution that you can use to maintain your machine and keep it happy and healthy.
