Shipping Information:
Important Note: For Express Orders - All Orders Must Be Placed By 8:00 AM EST In Order For Your Parcel To Arrive On Time. Most orders are processed and are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. All express orders must be placed by 8:00 AM EST. If you order an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you right away to let you know.Please note: All parts ordered through Aabree Coffee will incur a $9.95 shipping and handling fee.

Deliveries inside the lower 48 United States:
All deliveries within the continental United States (including APO/FPO addresses) are shipped via ground service, which is included in the purchase price of each item on our site. We use FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery (residential only), United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Mail.

Express Orders:
If you need your order to arrive faster, you may choose Federal Express 3 Day, 2 Day Air, or Next Day Air. When ordering online you can choose any of these methods from the shipping methods menu. Additional shipping costs will be added to the item(s) price when your order is processed. There may also be additional shipping charges if you choose Saturday delivery on an express order. Please note that we cannot issue a credit for shipping charges if it is a weather related shipping delay or an occurrence beyond our control or that of the shipping company.

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Canada:
Shipment to these destinations will incur an additional shipping charge. If your order is shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States, we require that you place your order over the phone with one of our Sales Representatives at 888-287.4634.

International Orders:
All packages shipped outside of the US are considered international. All warranties are void on products shipped to or transported outside of the US. Note: Gaggia, Saeco, Capresso and Jura Capresso products cannot be shipped to Canada. All shipping, customs fees, brokerage fees and any other delivery fees associated with delivery of the package are the responsibility of the customer. Aabree Coffee reserves the right to choose the appropriate shipping method and carrier. Once the package has left our facility, Aabree Coffee is not responsible for delivery. The carrier is responsible for delivery. We do not guarantee transit times. "In Transit" times are determined by the carrier and are only estimates. All shipping costs must be verified by the customer before orders can be shipped. Shipping cost verification does not include customs fees, brokerage charges or any other associated fees, all of which are the sole responsibility of the customer at time of delivery. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, including costs involved with defective merchandise.

Refusal of Shipment
If the shipment is delivered to its intended destination and shipping is refused by the customer, the order will be subject to a $10 fee and our merchandise return policy—which deducts full shipping charges from applicable refunds.

Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address prior to finalizing purchases. If Aabree Coffee Company has been provided an incorrect address, which results in the order being re-routed, the customer will be responsible for a $11 fee and incur additional shipping charges associated with the delivery of products to the correct destination.
