We do not provide your mailing address, email address, or any other personal information to any other vendors or sources. 50% Off Expedited Shipping (3 Day Air, 2 Day Air, and Next Day Air) is valid on orders of $200 or more. This offer excludes products shipped on pallets.

Shipping Information:

  • We are proud to offer free standard shipping for orders over $50. This offer is valid for all shipping destinations within the continental US.
  • Most orders are processed and are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours (not including holidays and weekends).
  • Some orders may ship in multiple packages. The merchandise you ordered may ship on different days. Most starter kits are packaged and shipped separately of the machine.
  • Select products may be shipped directly from the manufacturer’s facilities. These products may not come with a tracking number.
  • Only items weighing less than one pound can be shipped to PO Box addresses. Products that weigh more than one pound must be shipped to a valid street address.
  • If you order an item and it is out of stock, we will contact you right away to let you know.
  • All parts ordered through Aabree Coffee will incur a $9.95 shipping and handling fee.
  • Per the manufacturer’s instructions, we can not ship Capresso and Jura-Capresso branded products to Canada.

 

 

Deliveries Within the Continental 48 United States:
All deliveries within the continental United States (including APO/FPO addresses) are shipped via ground service, which is included in the purchase price of each item on our site. We use FedEx Ground, FedEx Home Delivery (residential only), United Parcel Service (UPS) or US Mail. You will be e-mailed a tracking code for your order in most instances. Small items may ship through USPS; tracking information will not be available for these orders.

 

Express Orders:
If you need your order to arrive faster, you may choose Federal Express 3-Day, 2-Day Air, or Next-Day Air. When ordering online you can choose any of these methods from the shipping methods menu. If you require 3-Day, 2-Day or Next-Day delivery, please place your order by 12PM EST. Additional shipping costs will be added to the item(s) price when your order is processed. There may also be additional shipping charges if you choose Saturday delivery on an express order. Please note that we cannot issue a credit for shipping charges in the event of a weather-related shipping delay or an occurrence beyond our control or that of the shipping company.

 

Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Canada:
Shipment to these destinations will incur an additional shipping charge. If your order is shipping outside of the 48 contiguous United States, please call our Sales Representatives at 888-287.4634 to obtain the best shipping rates available.

 

International Orders:

  • All packages shipped outside of the US are considered international.
  • All warranties are void on products shipped to or transported outside of the US.
  • All shipping, customs fees, brokerage fees and any other delivery fees associated with delivery of the package are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Aabree Coffee reserves the right to choose the appropriate shipping method and carrier.
  • Once the package has left our facility, Aabree Coffee is not responsible for delivery. The carrier is responsible for delivery.
  • We do not guarantee transit times. "In Transit" times are determined by the carrier and are only estimates.
  • All shipping costs must be verified by the customer before orders can be shipped. Shipping cost verification does not include customs fees, brokerage charges or any other associated fees.
  • The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs, including costs involved with defective merchandise.

 

Shipping to an APO or FPO Address

Aabree Coffee is proud to offer our products to members of the US military serving overseas. When placing an order that will be shipped to a Fleet Post Office (FPO) or Army Post Office (APO), please ensure that you have the following information:

  • The service member’s full name
  • The military unit
  • The APO/FPO address with zip code

 

APO and FPO-bound packages will be shipped via USPS and can not weigh more than 70lbs.

 

Refusal of Shipment
If the shipment is delivered to its intended destination and shipping is refused by the customer, the order will be subject to a $14 fee.

 

Incorrect Address
Please verify your shipping address prior to finalizing purchases. If Aabree Coffee Company has been provided an incorrect address, which results in the order being re-routed, the customer will be responsible for a $14 fee and incur additional shipping charges associated with the delivery of products to the correct destination.

 

Shipping Damage
When you receive your order, please thoroughly inspect the package. If items have been damaged in transit, do not use the products and contact us at 1-866-287-4634 within 5 business days. Be sure to keep all packing materials including boxes, labels and shipping peanuts. The shipping company will come to inspect the package and its contents to file a damage claim.

RETURN POLICIES and WARRANTIES

 

Return Policies

 

Because your satisfaction is of the utmost importance, we will gladly accept the return of New/Unused espresso machines, coffee makers and coffee grinders up to thirty (30) days and refurbished products up to fifteen (15) days from the shipment date. This policy does not apply to commercial products, accessories, parts, grocery products or other non-returnable items.

 

The goal of our sales staff is to make sure the machines our customers purchase are a proper fit. If you have any questions after a purchase, please do not hesitate to call us so we can provide any instructions necessary for your complete enjoyment of your new purchase.

 

If you want to return your order please call our customer support line at 1-866-287-4634. If your item is eligible for return we will issue an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). WE DO NOT ACCEPT UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS.

 

When returning a product to our facilities, the RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. An insured carrier should ship the merchandise with a tracking number. Your machine should be insured for the entire cost of the machine. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Aabree does not assume any responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

 

The Following Guidelines Apply to all Refunds:

 

  • Any unopened item espresso machine, grinder or coffee maker in original condition that is returned is subject to a 15% restocking fee (includes shipping and handling).
     
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, shows surface marring, is missing the manufacturer’s box or original inserts, is dirty or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: is subject to restock and refurbishment fees of up to 50% of item's price.
     
  • Products must have any standard certification labels (UPC code, etc.) intact to be accepted as a return.
     
  • All items must be undamaged. Damaged items will not be accepted for a return.
     
  • RMA numbers, provided by our Customer Service Representatives for the return, are valid for 10 days only. 
     
  • All gift-with-purchase items must be returned; otherwise, the full retail price will be deducted from your refund.
     
  • Grocery products, such as coffee, tea, drinks/syrups and other consumable items cannot be returned. Refunds will not be granted for these products. 
     
  • Credits can only be issued to the card used for the original purchase.
     
  • Commercial products may not be returned. 
     
  • Defective items will be replaced with the same model.

 

Bundle Pricing Return Policy
When you buy a package or gift set through Aabree, the bundle price is often lower than the regular retail value of the items, if purchased separately. You can return one or more items purchased as a bundle; however, the refund will reflect the discounted price of the item(s) based on the package price. The refund amount may differ from the retail value of the item when sold separately.

 

Non-Returnable Products:
Aabree Coffee Company can not accept returns for the following items:

  • Any product missing the serial number or UPC. The serial number or UPC cannot be missing from the product itself or the manufacturer’s box. 
     
  • Products that have been customized
     
  • Parts/care products or accessories
     
  • Coffee, tea, drinks/syrups and other consumable items. Orders shipped internationally (includes orders sent to Canada or to US territories)
     
  • No commercial merchandise may be returned

 

Defective Merchandise:
If you believe that your machine is not working properly, please contact our Technical Services department at 866-287-4634. New espresso machines, coffee makers and grinders can be exchanged up to 30 of the shipment date. Refurbished products can be exchanged up to 15 days from the shipment date.

  • Defective items will be replaced with the same model.
     
  • A technical support representative, who may offer basic troubleshooting and operational guidance over the phone to determine if the item can be deemed defective, must verify defective products. 
     
  • If the product is not verified as defective, then it may be returned under our Return Policy.
     
  • Defective machines are returned via E-Labels. A representative will provide you with an E-Label, if the product is deemed defective. Please be aware that Aabree does not assume responsibility for any shipping damage. Proper packing is the sole responsibility of the person returning the product, so be sure to package items secure.

 

Please Note: All of our machines have been tested; there may be residual coffee or water in some machines. Water or coffee residue does not indicate that a product has been used or is defective

 

New Condition:
*To be classified as new the product should:

  • Have a manufacturer’s box with all original packing materials.

  • Be cosmetically perfect-The products and all components should be free of scratches, dents, marks or gouges

  • Be completely clean-The product, and all of its components, must be completely clean and free of coffee grounds, water and/or milk residue; otherwise refurbishment fees will apply.

  • Have fewer than 50 cups of use, if a cup counter is present.

 

Please Note: All of our machines have been tested; there may be coffee or water in some machines. Water or coffee residue does not indicate that a product has been used or is defective.

 

Incomplete Orders:
If you have received an incomplete order, please call our customer support line at 1-866-287-4634. Incomplete orders must be reported within 5 business days from the date you receive the merchandise. After this period, we will not be able accommodate requests to replace missing items.
* Some orders may ship in multiple packages.

 

Shipping Damage: 
Inspect the package when you receive it. If you notice any damage from shipping, please call us at 1-866-287-4634 to report the damage. DO NOT USE the product(s). You must contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Make sure that you keep all original packaging (boxes, shipping labels and packing material), as the shipper will come to inspect the package.

 

Refused or Cancelled Shipments:
If an order is refused or canceled after it has been shipped, the customer will be charged a re-routing fee, in addition to any applicable fees, as defined by our Return Policy.

 

Slightly Used and Reconditioned Policies

At Aabree Coffee Company, we want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order and our service. Below, you'll find frequently asked questions and general information about our policies regarding the slightly used and reconditioned merchandise that we offer. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us toll free 1-866-287-4634.

What are slightly used and reconditioned products? 
Aabree Coffee Company offers a 30-day return policy on new machines. As a result, our customers may elect to return or exchange the item they bought. Most items are returned with great care by the customer and are usually suitable for resale as "used" or reconditioned items. Customers return products for many reasons: a customer may change his or her mind, not like the product, or have difficulty operating it. Whether it is returned a month later or only the very next day, such an item must be identified as "slightly used" or "reconditioned" to be resold.

How are products reconditioned? 
Every product designated as used or reconditioned must pass a thorough examination. After repairing any defect and sanitizing when necessary, Aabree Coffee Company then repackages the merchandise in the original manufacturer’s box. Items that are slightly used or reconditioned will often show signs of use, and may bear minor cosmetic imperfections. In addition, reconditioned items may be missing some non-essential accessories.

Is there a warranty for slightly used and reconditioned products? 
All of the items are sold with a 6-month full warranty, unless otherwise stated. Please refer to the product you are interested in for warranty information.
 

Return privileges for Reconditioned/Slightly Used Items: 
For a period of 15 days after you receive your merchandise, please keep your receipt, original shipping container, original item merchandise box, packing materials, and all original documents in case you must return the item you ordered for any reason. If you would like to return this merchandise, please call our customer service number toll-free at 1-866-287-4634 within 15 days of receiving your refurbished machine. Returns of reconditioned items are subject to all other Aabree return policies.

 

Warranty Information

 

General Warranty Terms and Conditions: 
All of the machines that we carry on our website come with full manufacturers' warranties. Please see the warranty information at the bottom of each item page for the products you are interested in purchasing. All of our machines are home machines and they are generally covered by a one-year parts and labor warranty through the manufacturer. This warranty covers parts and labor on your machine for the period of one year. Improper use of the machine can result in the loss of your warranty coverage. Also, please note that once the machine leaves the United States, all warranties are voided. The manufacturers do not cover machines that have left the United States, and neither does Aabree Coffee Company, who reserves all rights.

 

Terms of Free Extended Warranty: 
Occasionally, we offer free extended warranties on certain products, and/or product lines. Aabree Coffee Company provides all of these extended warranty services. The warranty is not valid on purchases from other retail sources and it is not transferable.

 

The extended warranty will become active the day after your manufacturer's warranty expires, and will follow the same policy and procedure as the original warranty. Merchandise that has not undergone regularly scheduled maintenance or has been abused will no longer be eligible for coverage under an extended warranty.

 

Please note: Shipping charges are non-inclusive of warranty and extended warranty coverages. Accessories, select electrical components, and normal-wear parts are not covered under these warranties. Neglect and improper use may void your warranty and extended warranty.

 

The warranty and extended warranty do not apply under the following conditions:

  • Defects or damage caused by negligence or carelessness either in the machine's use, storage, or those occurring during transport.

  • Damage resulting from improper installation, maintenance, repairs or modifications.

  • General "wear and tear" on parts that are subject to deterioration due to normal use like gaskets, filter baskets, portafilters, water filters, filter screens, grinder disks. etc.

  • Damage or defects that occurred during service that was not performed by the Aabree Coffee Company.

  • Damage resulting from power surges, electrical anomalies, humidity/water, fire, incompatible voltages or any other cause not ascribable by the manufacturer or our technicians.

  • Damage resulting from the failure to properly maintain your machine through routine care like cleaning, descaling, brew group maintenance, grinder maintenance, etc.

  • Damage resulting from the use of the machine in an environment that the machine was not designed or warranted for. An example would be a household machine being used in a commercial environment like a coffee shop or other non-home use food service environment.

  • Machines that are taken outside of the United States and US Territories.

 

Instructions for Draining your Boiler:

 

Guidelines
Please consult the owners' manual before attempting to drain the boiler. You are responsible for making sure this is done properly; if not, you will be charged if the machine is damaged.**

We carry machines that may not be listed below. In such cases, please refer solely to the manufacturer's instructions or their technical support.

 

Semi Automatic Espresso Machines (NON HEAT-EXCHANGER MACHINES ONLY)

 

Draining the Boiler:

  1. Read these instructions in their entirety before and consult our Tech Department before attempting to drain your boiler.

  2. Only perform this procedure when your machine is COLD! If the machine has been used during the day, please make sure the heating elements are completely cool before continuing. Failure to allow the machine to cool down prior to draining the boiler could result in severe burns.

  3. While the machine is unplugged, remove the portafilter handle, drip pan, drip tray cover, water reservoir, water reservoir cover and any other loose components that may fall when the machine is tipped over.

  4. Rest the machine on its back.

  5. With all buttons and switches in the off position, plug in the machine.

  6. Find a container that can hold about 20oz. or more.

  7. Hold the container under the steam wand and tilt it slightly down, so that the container is in a position to catch water that will be coming out of the steam wand.

  8. Turn on the power switch.

  9. Activate the pump.
    a. This step will vary depending on the make and model of your machine.
    b. If the machine has a hot water dispensing button, turn that on.
    c. Turn on whatever buttons you normally would to dispense water out of the steam wand.

  10. Water should now be coming out of the steam wand and landing in your container.

  11. Run the machine until the stream of water has dissipated.

  12. Tilt the machine on its head, following the steam wand with your tall-sided container.

  13. The stream of water will most likely pick up pace again.

  14. Once the water has stopped, set the machine back down on its back and turn off your water and main power switches. The boiler is now drained.

 

Semi-Automatic Espresso Machines (Heat-Exchanger Machines Only)

 

Draining the Boiler:

  1. Read these instructions in their entirety before attempting to drain your boiler. Consult our Tech Department before continuing.

  2. The machine must be heated to steam temperature to properly drain the boiler. The machine and water are at scalding temperatures! Please exercise caution.

  3. Plug the machine in and allow it to come to normal brewing temperature/pressure.
    a. If you are uncertain how to complete this step, refer to the manufacturer's instruction manual.
    b. This step may vary for each machine.

  4. Find two LARGE, tall-sided containers, place one under the brew group and one under the hot water dispenser.
    a. Make sure that both containers are solidly in place and will not spill or fall when water begins to drain into them!
    b. Remember, these two containers combined need to be equal to, or greater than, the volume of your boiler.

  5. Remove the top of your water reservoir.

  6. Remove the water intake line from the water reservoir.

  7. Engage the pump by turning on the brew button.

  8. Be alert for splashing hot water! 

  9. Run the machine until water stops flowing from the brew head.
     
  10. Turn off the brew button. 
     
  11. Turn off the main power switch. 
     
  12. Open the hot water dispensing valve. 
     
  13. Run the machine until water stops flowing from the hot water dispensing valve. 
     
  14. Be alert for splashing hot water!
     
  15. Close the hot water dispensing valve. 
     
  16. The machine boiler is now drained.

 

Super Automatic Espresso Machines
(For Jura-Capresso and Jura machines, see the manufacturer's instruction manuals.)

 

Draining the Boiler:

  1. Read these instructions in their entirety before attempting to drain your boiler. Consult our Tech Department before continuing.

  2. The machine must be heated to steam temperature to properly drain the boiler. The machine and water are at scalding temperatures! Please use caution.

  3. With the machine plugged in and the main power switch on, take the proper steps to heat your machine to steam temperature.
    a. If you are uncertain how to complete this step, refer to the manufacturer's instruction manual.
    b. This step may vary for each machine.

  4. Place a tall-sided container that can hold 20oz. under the steam wand.
    a. Please use a container that will not conduct heat; it will get hot and may burn on contact. Try using a heavy plastic container, or preferably, a container with a handle.

  5. When the machine has reached steam temperature, open the steam valve. Be alert for splashing hot water and steam.

  6. While the machine is steaming, remove the water reservoir.

  7. When the machine no longer emits steam or water, close the steam valve.

  8. Turn off the steam button and main power switch.

  9. The machine boiler is now drained.
