after some initial testing I discovered that on the lowest grind setting was not sufficient attain the "golden rule" for my Gaggia Classic Machine when making a double shot of espresso. I called the phone number given to me by Whole latte love for the manufacturer, Capresso, and they sent me a new top burr (part). It is a great grinder had it for a year, then on routine cleaning out in one of the heads in backward and could not get it out. I think it is a great grinder, but not user friendly. How is it possible that you put in a head wrong and you can't take it out. Poor machine construction. ... read more
