It is a great grinder had it for a year, then on routine cleaning out in one of the heads in backward and could not get it out. I think it is a great grinder, but not user friendly. How is it possible that you put in a head wrong and you can't take it out. Poor machine construction. ... read more

I've had this machine for about 10 years. First impression and lasting, for obvious reqasons, is it sounds like an "angry" siren from a fire truck. Very ugly in the morning! My wife and I received this grinder as a gift overy three years ago. We had no mechanical problems at all with it. However, it did not grind evenly - some beans were finely ground while others were left in large chunks. It was also difficult to create the same level of grind day to day.
